This week, All Your Meals continued strengthening its digital infrastructure while addressing operational challenges within the Vancouver market. Website performance improved significantly across the USA platform, with mobile performance increasing from 60 to 73, desktop performance rising from 85 to 95, and SEO reaching a perfect score of 100. The Vancouver platform also saw mobile performance improvements and will introduce a limited selection of breakfast and dessert offerings this Sunday.

Management's primary focus remains resolving co-packer capacity and consistency challenges in Vancouver while evaluating alternative production partners to support future menu expansion. Customer interest continues to grow, with traffic increasing across all websites and recent newsletter campaigns generating a strong 22.59% open rate. Facebook advertising and email marketing have both produced encouraging engagement; however, conversion rates remain constrained by the current limited menu selection.

Looking ahead, the company intends to secure an additional Vancouver co-packer, expand menu offerings, finalize North Carolina launch preparations, and continue building brand awareness through authentic content featuring company leadership and real customer experiences. The foundation remains strong, traffic is growing, and management believes that increasing menu depth and production capacity will be key drivers of future revenue growth.
