All Your Meals has reached an important milestone in its development. The foundational work required to build the business has largely been completed, and the company has transitioned from infrastructure creation to growth execution.

In Canada, production partnerships, ordering systems, payment processing, fulfillment operations, marketing channels, and customer ordering workflows are fully operational. In the United States, production and fulfillment partnerships have been established, national shipping capabilities are in place, ordering and payment systems are functioning, and automated processing systems have been implemented to support future scale. At the corporate level, investor relations infrastructure, business development relationships, vendor partnerships, operating procedures, and the company's technology stack have all been established.

The significance of this progress is clear: the infrastructure now exists. The company is no longer focused on building systems - it is focused on utilizing them.

Moving forward, management's primary focus will be sales, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. Sustainable success will be driven by execution, visibility, and customer adoption. Every order contributes to revenue, expansion opportunities, and long-term financial stability.

The difficult work of building the foundation has been completed. The systems are in place, the infrastructure is operating, and the company is positioned for growth. The next phase is demonstrating that this foundation can scale into a successful and sustainable business.
