All Your Meals continued advancing its North American expansion strategy during the week while preparing for the launch of U.S. food sales. The planned launch was temporarily delayed as the company's software provider transitions the U.S. platform from WordPress to a new software and hosting environment. While the migration caused temporary website downtime at the time of reporting, management expects the upgrade to provide a stronger foundation for future growth and scalability.
Operationally, Vancouver meal deliveries continue to run smoothly, additional menu items were added to the platform, and Google Analytics was deployed across all company websites to improve customer and traffic insights. The company also completed the migration of executive and staff email accounts to the @allyourmeals.com domain, further strengthening brand consistency and operational infrastructure.
Marketing efforts continued across Canada and the United States through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, and community-based channels. Looking ahead, management's priorities include launching North Carolina operations, quality-testing the new hosting and software environment, finalizing additional menu selections, expanding onboarding systems, and maintaining a consistent, highly visible marketing presence across all target markets.
